About Impact Days
Impact Days is our flagship conference bringing together the impact startup, investment, and innovation ecosystem. The event combines a strong on-site experience with a structured online event platform (B2Match) that enables registrations, matchmaking, and program navigation.
Role Purpose
The intern supports the Platform Management Lead and the Event Team in ensuring a smooth digital and on-site experience for participants. The role is operational, detail-oriented, and ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in large-scale event execution.
Event Platform Support (B2Match)
* Support the setup and maintenance of the event structure on B2Match (sessions, agendas, participant flows)
* Assist with registration management, including:
o Monitoring sign-ups
o Handling user questions and basic troubleshooting
o Supporting approval and changes where needed
* Coordinate closely with the Platform Management Lead to implement updates and changes
* Support alignment with content, communication, and program teams to ensure platform information is accurate and up to date
* Help coordinate platform administrators to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience
Event Logistics Support
* Support preparation of on-site event logistics (before Impact Days), such as:
o Participant flows and check-in processes
o Materials, signage, and basic operational planning
* Assist the team during the event days (May 18–19) with:
o On-site coordination
o Participant support
What We're Looking For
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (prior experience with event platforms is a plus, but not required)
* Reliable, structured, and proactive working style
* Interest in events, impact, innovation, or community-driven work
* Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in busy situations
* Availability during the full internship period, especially in April and May

* May 18–19: on-site support during Impact Days
* Post-event (optional, if end of May): wrap-up support and documentation
