RareLoot is a content studio specializing in Minecraft creating custom tools and automation to streamline workflows and deliver high-quality content efficiently. Founded in 2020 the company has grown into a global team of developers designers and artists. Its work includes adventure maps minigames add-ons and texture packs with an emphasis on quality and technical reliability.
We develop projects from start to finish and make them available on the Minecraft Marketplace the official in-game store where players can discover and purchase high-quality worlds skins texture packs and other curated content.
Tasks
We are looking for a structured driven Project Manager to support our growing projects in the gaming space.
* Excellent English German optional
* Strong organizational skills to support projects from the very first idea to the release on the Marketplace and coordinate tasks between creative and technical team-members
* Basic knowledge of Minecrafts technology game design and development experience optional
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills as well as an independent and quality-driven way of working
Requirements
* Experienced in creating content for the Minecraft Bedrock Edition and the Minecraft Marketplace proven project management skills or a lead role in a Marketplace team optional
* Being a strong team-player who can work in a diverse team of other freelancers and team-members.
* Being able to cope with feedback and work with the vision of a second party
* Proven ability to approach projects with creativity and enthusiasm
