Job Description
What's it all about?
* Support the maintenance and further development of our digital customer platforms (e.g., customer portals)
* Analyze user workflows within our digital systems and independently manage related customer requests
* Support our marketing teams by implementing digital activities and contributing to ongoing projects
What are we looking for?
* You have a basic technical understanding of digital systems and processes (e.g., CMS, CIAM or CRM)
* You have analytical skills and can understand complex user workflows
* You are a collaborative and self-organized working style, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
* You have an availability of 4 days per week to effectively support our teams
