Position: After‑Sales & Service Manager of East EU

We are currently looking for an After‑Sales & Service Manager of East EU. The role involves the following responsibilities and requirements.


Who You Are

You are a hands‑on and results‑oriented professional with a background in Business, Engineering, or a related field. You thrive in building and nurturing strong partner networks and are motivated by driving service excellence and customer satisfaction. A proactive problem‑solver, you are skilled at using data to guide decisions and improve processes. Your excellent communication skills and cultural fluency allow you to collaborate effectively and build trust in a diverse, international environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Drive Service Excellence and Standards
* Lead Warranty and Quality Management
* Build and develop the Service Network:
o Establish and strengthen our network of service partners.
o Provide support for follow‑up of warranty, parts, and service operations.
o Build their capabilities in technical support, spare parts, and warranty processes to ensure exceptional customer service.
o Coach and train our service partners to implement and adhere to our global service standards.
o Conduct on‑site audits to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Take ownership of the warranty process, ensuring efficient claims approval and using warranty data to proactively address quality improvements and parts supply.
* Implement Strategic Service Initiatives
* Manage Customer Relationships and Resolve Escalations:
o Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex customer complaints.
o Coordinate resources to find effective solutions and protect our brand reputation.
o Develop and roll out engaging service campaigns and training programs based on market needs.
o Enhance customer loyalty throughout the vehicle lifecycle.


What You Bring

* Minimum 5 years of working experience in automotive industry or mobility services.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Customer‑oriented mindset & results‑oriented.
* Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
* Great negotiation skills.
* Excellent English and one of the European language skills (German, Czech, Bulgarian, Romance, etc.) or Chinese is a plus.
* Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools.
