DUTIES:
* Support the definition and execution of the global strategy for sales performance and governance, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and consistency across regions
* Assist in designing and rolling out standardized sales processes and performance frameworks, contributing to scalable systems that ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
* Collaborate on CRM strategy and help drive adoption of tools that enable accurate performance tracking and informed decision-making
* Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and IT to support integrated planning and execution of sales initiatives
* Contribute to key projects and help communicate performance insights and priorities to leadership
* Support forecasting accuracy and promote data-driven decision-making through reporting and analysis
