What You'll Do – Your Responsibilities
* Shape and further develop our Go-To-Market strategies for digital products
* Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
* Drive product launches and cross‑functional execution together with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales
* Align stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on GTM plans
* Translate customer insights, market trends, and product capabilities into clear narratives and actions
* Create sales enablement materials, storytelling assets, and demos
* Identify target segments and ideal customer profiles (ICP)
* Support pricing, packaging, and commercial models
* Support product adoption and growth initiatives across markets
* Analyze and optimize market performance, funnel metrics, and adoption data to optimize Go‑To‑Market effectiveness
* Contribute to building structures, processes, and best practices in the area of SaaS GTM from scratch
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, or B2C, B2B SaaS roles
* Experience working in a high‑paced environment
* Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer journeys, and GTM strategies
* Ability to turn complex products into clear, compelling messaging
* Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
* Hands‑on mindset with a drive to build and improve
* Strong communication, storytelling, and analytical skills
* Fluent in English is a must, German is a big plus
* Located in Austria and eligible for a work permit required
* Work with the team 2 days a week (minimum) in the Doka HQ office in Amstetten

* Experience in construction tech or industrial SaaS

We offer a competitive salary in line with the market. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is €47,587 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
