Are you excited by the idea of driving a global quick-service restaurant partnership from strategy to in‑store execution across multiple international markets?

Join our Global On Premise Key Account Management team in Salzburg, Austria and support the global rollout and operational implementation of a new partnership across international markets

RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

1. In this role, you’ll drive the global rollout and operational implementation of a major international beverage partnership, ensuring markets are fully prepared and aligned with global guidelines. You’ll own and coordinate all key operational topics - from equipment and supply chain to in-store execution - while developing toolkits, processes, and governance to guarantee consistent, scalable, and compliant execution worldwide. Acting as a central contact for local markets and cross-functional teams, you’ll enable best-practice sharing, smooth launches, and continuous optimization across regions.

2. You’ll drive the rollout of a global beverage partnership across international markets, ensuring every launch aligns with overarching guidelines and timelines. As you coordinate launch preparations, you’ll track market readiness and guide local teams through each phase of the launch journey.

3. Taking ownership of all operational aspects—from equipment and supply chain to in-store execution—you’ll ensure smooth implementation of beverage concepts in close collaboration with Operations teams. Constantly, you’ll identify and mitigate operational risks to enable a scalable and efficient rollout, while you support markets in resolving operational challenges during launch and post-launch phases.

4. Building on your expertise, you’ll develop and maintain global operational toolkits and guidelines to secure consistent implementation across markets. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance with internal standards, processes, and legal requirements, working closely with Legal and Procurement to align on contracts, approvals, and governance frameworks, and you’ll establish clear processes that enable scalable and compliant execution worldwide.

5. Acting as a key contact for local market teams, you’ll support the implementation of the partnership and facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across markets. Moreover, you’ll ensure consistent execution standards by aligning closely with Trade Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, and Supply Chain teams, while you foster effective communication between HQ, regions, and local markets to drive continuous optimization globally.

6. +5 years' experience in key account/project management with a proven track record of working with global brands. Knowledge of the QSR channel required.
7. Strategic ability: Ability to develop specific, valuable and innovative strategies and concepts while maintaining focus on the commercial 'big picture'.
8. Great planning, project management and presentation skills.
9. Strong communication skills with an excellent command of English who can translate complex business issues into practical, relevant terms while demonstrating an understanding of cultural differences.
10. Self-motivated, innovative and solution-oriented team player with a hands-on approach and the ability to work flexibly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
11. Travel 20-30%
