Tasks
In this exciting role, you will be double-hatting across two key functions: Head of OS IT & Head of OS IT Integration
Head of OS IT role:
* You design, implement, and optimize OS IT processes
* You manage KPIs and ensure operational excellence
* You oversee IT projects and the entire application portfolio
* You act as the main contact for all IT topics
* You develop IT strategy and architecture incl. cybersecurity
* You lead digitalization initiatives and the Center of Excellence
OS IT Integration role:
* You implement the global IT service strategy within OS and drive tech harmonization
* You align all IT initiatives with corporate goals and regulatory requirements
* You enforce governance, policies, and act as liaison to Corporate IT
* You optimize and standardize IT processes using data-driven improvements
* You ensure adherence to target architecture and approve developments
* You manage IT infrastructure, service, and workforce transitions with strong change management

Requirements
In this senior role, we are looking for an IT leader with strategic foresight, hands-on experience, and the ability to represent Austrian within a global group environment.
* You bring 10+ years of experience in IT, including 5+ years in a leadership role
* You think cross-functionally and work process-oriented
* You communicate with clarity and persuasiveness at all levels
* You lead diverse teams in complex environments
* You negotiate fluently in both German and English
* You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
