At the Department, the East, South and West Slavic languages and literatures are represented in teaching and research in a unique breadth (Full Slavonic Studies).The vacant position in the field of language training for Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian includes a teaching obligation of nine semester hours per week. As a Senior lecturer, you independently lead courses at all levels provided for in the curricula (A1 to C1/C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). The ongoing reception of the current state of science as well as didactic training during the lecture-free period are expected. In addition, the assumption of administrative activities, especially in the administration of teaching, is part of the task.Your future tasks:You actively participate in teaching, research & administration, which means:You will independently teach courses in the field of language teaching for Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian to the extent of the provisions of the collective agreement.You will take on administrative tasks, in particular in the administration of teaching and hold examinations (including module examinations and university entrance qualification examinations)- .We expect you to keep up to date with the current state of science as well as to continue didactic training during the lecture-free period- .What we expect:We are looking for people who see university teaching as an interesting and challenging career field.
