IT Infrastructure – Directory Specialist
Secure and manage identity services for global operations. As an IT Directory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and securing core IT services, including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Asset Management. You will ensure stability, security, and compliance of identity and access management systems, certificate services, and IT asset lifecycle processes. This role involves proactive maintenance, incident resolution, and close collaboration with global IT teams to support business‑critical operations.
Your Responsibilities
* Identity & Access Management
* Operate and maintain identity and access management (IAM) services for designated compliance environments
* Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP including user lifecycle, groups, roles, and access rights
* Implement and enforce least‑privilege and role‑based access control (RBAC)
* Manage authentication mechanisms such as MFA, certificates, and privileged access
* Cooperate with Security, Compliance, and Audit teams on access reviews and remediation actions
* Document identity processes, standards, and operating procedures
Your Profile
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or comparable experience
* Proven experience in a similar position
* Strong hands‑on experience with Active Directory and enterprise IAM
* Experience in regulated environments (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, or similar)
* Understanding of access governance, identity lifecycle, and security best practices
* Structured, reliable, and security‑oriented mindset
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
