Our client is part of a globally leading company in the field of food and feed safety, with a focus on natural feed additives and food analysis. The site in Lower Austria (Getzersdorf) plays a central role in the global network for feed additives and sustainable animal health solutions.
Responsibilities
* Troubleshooting ERP and logistics issues in global SAP systems
* Resolving technical quality and customs‑related issues in the SAP environment
* Monitoring IDOCs and interfaces to ensure smooth transaction flows
* Maintaining and validating critical logistics‑related master data
* Analyzing recurring system or data issues and developing sustainable solutions
* Using reporting tools to harmonize and optimize processes and systems
* Documenting support cases and contributing to training materials
* Supporting users with SAP and ARIBA‑related queries
* Aligning system processes in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
* Supporting ERP testing, go‑lives, system transitions, and post‑go‑live stabilization
Qualifications
* Minimum of secondary school diploma (Matura) and solid professional experience in logistics, business administration, or IT
* At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP ERP in the modules SD, MM, and LE
* Proven ability to monitor and resolve IDOC/interface issues in ERP systems
* Strong skills in supporting transactional processes and maintaining master data
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
* Structured, solution‑oriented work style and the ability to work independently in global teams
