Your tasks:
* Technical advice and cross-selling to the customers across the entire portfolio
* Processing of incoming customer inquiries, with a customer base in Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria
* Creation and follow-up of quotations
* Technical support for the external staff in Hungary
* Order entry and processing using SAP
* Administrative handling of complaints (credit notes, corrections, etc.)
* Ensuring data quality (CRM, SAP)
Your profile:
* Completed technical education with commercial experience or commercial education with very good level of technical understanding
* Professional experience in technical customer consulting and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales
* Enjoyment of active sales
* Experience in the field of gas and liquid control technology is an advantage
* Flexible, independent and customer-orientated way of working with a high sense of responsibility
* Fluent Hungarian and English proficiency are a must; German is a plus
* Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel); experience with SAP and CRM is an advantage
* Strong communication skills and team orientation
