As part of our continued growth,we’relooking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of the Gold Coast region, supporting established clients while hunting and developing new business.

This allows you to stay focused on clients, business development, and closing deals not getting buried in admin.

* Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within manufacturing,logistics, or industrial recruitment
* Strong business development capability with confidence to hunt and grow new clients
* Solid understanding of Modern Awards and compliance, particularly in blue collar/temp recruitment
* A commercial mindset with long term thinking
* Someone who thrives in a fast paced, high growth environment
