* Holistic Project Management
You will take full responsibility for our live and brand events – from the initial idea through to final implementation and post-event review. You think strategically, act solution-oriented, and always keep the big picture in mind.
* Client & Stakeholder Management
You are the key point of contact for our clients, Head of Projects, and project partners – both strategically and operationally. With a keen sense for brand management and stakeholder needs, you lead all project participants with empathy, clarity, and expertise. You report reliably and proactively.
* Project Controlling & Resource Management
You manage budgets and resources with foresight and efficiency – ensuring that quality, timing, and cost remain in harmony throughout the project.
* Communication & Presentation
Whether internally or externally, written or spoken: You communicate clearly, purposefully, and with inspiration. You lead briefings, facilitate meetings, and present in pitches – with structure, passion, and impact.
* On-Site Management
Live is live: You're on-site where the magic happens. You coordinate teams, partners, and service providers with an eye for detail and perfect timing. You ensure smooth operations before, during, and after each event.
* Expectation & Quality Management
You translate creative visions into executable concepts, guide them confidently through each phase of the project, and ensure that client expectations are not only met but exceeded – with quality, precision, and heart.
WHAT YOU BRING
* A degree or solid training in event, project, or tourism management – or equivalent qualifications.
* You stay calm under pressure and handle stressful situations with ease.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in event planning or marketing, demonstrating your ability to lead projects with responsibility and passion.
* You think creatively, work in a structured manner, and are a true team player with a hands-on mindset.
* Strong communication skills – clear, empathetic, and to the point. You are confident and naturally take responsibility.
* A high standard of quality and an organized working style make you a reliable go-to person in any project team.
* You easily build relationships with clients and team members and understand their needs.
* Fluent in both German and English – written and spoken, in daily operations and in presentations.
* Category B driver's license.
