We are responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiations transaction related documents (e.g. prospectus, mandate letters, subscription agreements) as well as managing the coordination process with law firms, regulators, issuers legal teams and other investment banks. Your Tasks Negotiate, review, and draft local and international transaction documents
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (regulators, lawyers, issuers, stock exchanges)
Develop proactive solutions to challenges
Take responsibility and initiative while demonstrating a solution-driven work attitude
Your Background Professional experience of at least 3 years in a law firm, bank, or an in-house legal department
Master's degree in law or equivalent education or relevant working experience in a bank's documentation team
Strong interest in capital markets, bonds and/or investment banking
Committed, flexible and a team player
Excellent negotiation skills and a professional communication style in German and English
