* Lead and manage complex capital equipment sales involving multiple stakeholders, including end users, engineers, plant builders, and system integrators.
* Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline across C&D, MSW, RDF, plastics, metals, and specialty waste markets.
* Advise customers on shredding technology and system concepts for demanding material streams.
* Collaborate closely with UNTHA's engineering and applications teams to develop system designs, proposals, and technical quotations.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, EPCs, plant builders, and key end users.
* Represent UNTHA at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across the Western U.S.
* Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle – from initial inquiry to contract award.
* 5+ years of experience selling capital equipment or engineered systems, ideally in recycling, waste, or industrial processing.
* Proven success managing long, technical, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
