In your role you will :
- Act as a business partner to the Base Chemicals team and Group Finance, providing insights and support for decision-making ;
- Analyze financial data (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), track performance, and identify optimization opportunities ;
- Build financial models and reports to support management decisions and ensure deadlines are met ;
- Evaluate processes and propose improvements to enhance financial models and workflows ;
- Interact with different stakeholders within the organization in order to provide a solid basis for decision making, with the focus of the supported Business Group .
About you
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics ;
- Proven track record in controlling, forecasting & business modelling ;
- Advanced Excel skills; solid knowledge of PowerPoint, SAP & BW ;
- Familiar with IFRS & local GAAP; PowerBI is a plus ;
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data & insights ;
- Fluent in English, with sharp communication and attention to detail .

Your salary package will reflect your profile, experience and the specifics of the country/location you apply for.
Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law, we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 82.400 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
