* 2+ years experience in digital media, content programming or channel management
* Fluent in English
* Hands‑on experience with digital media publishing across web, app, streaming, and connected devices; familiarity with ad-supported streaming monetization models is a plus
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across international and cross-functional teams
* Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority projects with meticulous attention to detail
* Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, high emotional intelligence, and a continuous learning mindset to improve processes and personal growth
* Agile and quick to adapt to new technologies and tools, with proficiency in MS Office, Airtable, and strong written and verbal communication skills
* Travel 0‑10%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,879 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
