As Sales Manager EMEA, you acquire international customers for our software solutions – through strategic consulting, compelling presentations, and negotiations at eye level. Your main focus is on selling our MIC customs and trade compliance solutions, and actively expanding a strong network.
Responsibilities
Consult and support international customers with tailored solutions
Build and expand the EMEA sales pipeline
Acquire new clients and upsell existing accounts
Manage tenders and prepare offers with internal teams
Present MIC software via demos, webinars, and meetings
Collaborate with Presales and Marketing on sales strategies
Represent MIC at international fairs and conferences
Negotiate commercial contracts independently
Monitor markets and provide forecasts and reports
Your Qualifications
Completed higher IT education with an additional sales qualification
Global trade know-how would be an advantage
Several years of experience in international B2B sales
Experience in selling complex IT solutions
Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written – additional languages are an advantage
Willingness for international customer contact and business travels
Independent and structured work, entrepreneurial thinking

Compensation We are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 67.000,- gross per year (full-time employment). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
