Essential requirements
* University’s degree or vocational training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or 5 years as an HR Business Partner, possibly in a matrix environment
* Sound knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
* Experience working with a Works Council
* Fluent German and fluent English
