As a Business Process Manager Service (f/m/x) you analyze, design, and optimize global service processes in close collaboration with specialist departments, IT, and managers worldwide.
Job Description
* Continuous development, documentation, and optimization of global service processes to increase efficiency and competitiveness in sales
* Early identification of trends and innovations in the service area and proactive process design accordingly
* Conceptual definition and support of digitalization projects in close collaboration with the business department (including the introduction of a new global CRM tool)
* Development of concepts for process automation and efficiency improvement
* Facilitation of workshops, support of change processes, and preparation of documentation and decision papers
* Support in the development of global guidelines and standards
Qualifications
* Completed degree in business administration or economics, with a focus on Marketing, International Management, Sales, or a comparable field
* Relevant professional experience in an international service environment
* Strong user-level knowledge of at least one common CRM tool, such as Salesforce, SAP or MS Dynamics (knowledge of SAP SD is an advantage)
* Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
* Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and ability to work in a team
* Willingness to travel
