* Building financial models and scenario analyses (e.g., warehouse footprint assessments) is required.
* Streamlining and enhancing raw material reporting across plants and purchasing entities is necessary.
* Further developing the GROMA reporting tool for raw materials is also a key responsibility.
* Leading the finance process for budgeting and forecasting within AFS is a critical function.
* Owning the latest estimate and monthly closing analysis is also essential.
* Contributing to working capital improvement projects is a vital part of this role.
* Overseeing financial aspects of quality claims and managing raw material-related financial topics with key suppliers/customers is necessary.
* Coordinating business-related provisions and ensuring proper documentation is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
* A degree in economics or finance is required.
* Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment with purchasing contact.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in understanding the business are essential.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
* Project management experience is beneficial.
* An excellent level of English is a must; other languages are beneficial.
