Overview
This globally recognised agribusiness is seeking a commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst to join a high-performing finance team in a role with genuine influence across the business. This is a hands-on, high-trust position supporting senior stakeholders with performance insight, forecasting, and decision support across complex, vertically integrated operations.
The role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will:
* Deliver weekly P&L reporting across multiple business units
* Provide monthly management reporting and commentary, explaining performance drivers and variances
* Lead forecasting and business modelling, including seasonal initiatives and sales forecasting
* Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards used for day-to-day operations and executive reporting
* Analyse operational performance, including yield and benchmarking by category
* Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Commercial teams to support pricing, margin, and profitability decisions
* Assess the financial viability of new opportunities, customer tenders, and commercial initiatives
* Act as a key support for cash flow analysis and P&L ownership within the broader finance function
You will be pulled in multiple directions and trusted to prioritise effectively. This role suits someone confident in their capability, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to bring clarity to complex data.
About you
* Strong background in commercial finance, business analysis, or finance business partnering
* Power BI capability and experience working with large, complex datasets
* Highly analytical, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely
* Agriculture experience is essential
