For our Group Digital HR department, we are looking for a strategic mind who can bridge the gap between HR, IT, and the business — and decisively drive the transformation of our HR landscape.
What to do:
10. Drive the development of digital capabilities and foster a value-driven culture by promoting cross-functional collaboration, nurturing innovation, and supporting continuous learning and growth
11. Shape the future HR business architecture for the entire group by driving feasibility studies for new digital solutions and designing transformation initiatives based on AI-supported operating models and data-driven insights.
12. Plan and manage budgets and resources strategically, steering investments into digital tools and AI solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of HR services.
13. Monitor the entire delivery process from planning to implementation and coordinate various teams to ensure that schedules and quality standards are adhered to.
14. Support release planning, monitors progress and solves any problems or obstacles that arise.
15. Act as a trusted advisor to top management (Board, B-1) on all aspects of digital HR transformation, delivering high-quality, data-based analyses to support strategic decision-making.
16. Establish and lead working groups and communities to promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration around digital HR topics and AI applications across the organization.
You check these boxes:
17. 7–9 years of experience in managing and executing transformation projects at the interface of HR and IT, with a strong focus on technology-driven change.
18. Extensive track record in the IT domain, particularly in integration-related initiatives
19. A strategic mindset with the ability to design and evolve complex enterprise architectures
20. In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics in a corporate context — ideally with a strong HR focus
21. Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors and the ability to integrate it into a modern digital HR landscape
22. A motivating and appreciative way of guiding teams through change
23. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics convincingly at all management levels — especially at board level — and to act as a trusted advisor
