What Will I Do?
* For those considering an Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager roles you’ll oversee the day-to-day operation including customer service; cashier duties; opening and closing; maintaining stock; staff supervision; and general cleaning.
* For those interested in the Takeaway Roles you’ll oversee a commercial kitchen, staff and equipment and be responsible for short order meal preparation; opening and closing; menu development; and customer service.
What Experience Do I Need?
* One (1) to three (3) years similar work experience at Supervisor or Manager level desirable for Management positions
* Training provided for all-rounder and hospitality positions
* Previous experience working in remote locations such as a mining town or an outback store / roadhouse is desirable
* Flexible approach, positive attitude and a willingness to learn essential
* Strong organisational skills, punctuality and accountability essential
* Relevant certificates or strong depth of relevant work experience
