We are seeking a flexible, assertive, and communicative individual to actively collaborate with our Global Product Lines team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials according to BPMN 2.0 (Signavio) standards, as well as execute process trainings.
* Continuously improve, globally implement, and actively support operational execution of the Engineering Change Management process.
* Define and execute requirement specifications for process optimizations & participate in the further development of the global process landscape.
* Coordinate and support process integrations and system implementations (including SAP and Teamcenter rollouts).
* Manage, coordinate, and support process optimization projects in cooperation with internal and external partners & build up and maintain a corporate experts network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of professional experience in engineering and/or business process management.
* Understanding of product development, especially in the field of engineering change management.
* Experience with ERP/PLM tools or applications and business platforms & experience with future work principles and enterprise business landscapes.
* High degree of independence, initiative, and quality awareness.
* Understanding of project and process management & ability to work in a team and communicate cross-functionally and across all levels of the organization.
* Readiness to travel up to 20% & excellent business English and/or German skills.
