What you'll own
Daily production: scheduling, workflow, output, and keeping things moving
Food safety and quality: HACCP, GMP, hygiene, allergen control, traceability
Your team: rosters, training, accountability, and culture
The numbers that matter: waste, yield, labour costs, and inventory
Reporting management can truly rely on
Equipment, site presentation, stocktake, and raw material oversight.
Who you are
You've come from somewhere food is taken seriously: a kitchen, production floor, or small FMCG business
You know what good looks like and you don't let it slide
You have a solid grasp of HACCP, GMP, and food safety — you live it, not just know it
You lead people firmly and fairly and get the best out of a team
You're straight with management, supportive with your team, and you close the loop
You've outgrown a role where someone else was always making the calls
