In this role you will support the local Talent Acquisition Team at Sandoz in Kundl by delivering top talent to the business, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
Please note that this position is limited until the end of November 2027.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop engaging relationships with hiring managers at all levels to ensure an optimum hiring experience
* Manage end to end recruitment including offer creation and extension, initiation of background checks, contract creation and extension and any additional pre-boarding activities required
* Manage and drive appropriate sourcing, assessment, selection and pre-onboarding strategies for Austria
* Execute a consistent talent acquisition strategy for positions
* Provide direct sourcing support for current hiring requirements with a specific focus on niche & business critical skill areas
* Ensure data compliance within systems and tools
* Provide administrative support to the in‑country TA team, including Early Talent activities and purchase order management.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* 2+ years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house TA)
* Strong interviewing, assessment, and selection expertise
* Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and global P&O stakeholders
* Hands‑on sourcing expertise across multiple channels (including LinkedIn)
* Solid knowledge of regional hiring trends, ideally in Pharma
* Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, including Workday or similar ATS platforms
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail
* Comfortable operating in fast‑changing, matrixed environments
* Languages: fluent in German and English

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 59.781,96/year (on a full‑time basis).
In most cases, however, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
