* Plan, execute, and oversee industrial and contracting projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements
* Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies
* Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables
* Monitor project progress and performance using KPIs and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
* Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
* Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure clear communication and stakeholder satisfaction
* Manage project documentation, reporting, and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies
Our requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience in industrial or contracting sectors
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Lean, Agile, etc.)
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities
* Professional English communication skills (verbal & written)
