The object of this service is inherent to the On Site Service (OSS).
These services address all activities that require on-site or remote intervention for the determination and/or resolution of problems.
The services included are:

Desk Side Support
- Software problem resolution;

MAC Services
- Provide installation, moving, adding and modifying activities and other "On Demand" services of any software;
*
First Installation:
This service includes all activities to allow the installation of a new workstation at the desk of the customer's users; Remote support.
*
Eyes and Hands:
Guided intervention to verify the status of electronic devices at the customer's premises.
To provide these activities they are looking for an IT Site Leader that has to be present full time on site during standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
