Requirements
Cooking a station as per agreement
Assisting with à la carte service at lunchtime
Preparation work for the evening service according to the kitchen management's instructions
Assisting in plating dishes during dinner service
Supporting apprenticeship training / guiding apprentices on the station
Qualifications
Warmth & joy in delighting our young and adult guests
Completed vocational training & / or relevant professional experience
Good expertise & product knowledge
