Requirements
* Cooking a station as per agreement
* Assisting with à la carte service at lunchtime
* Preparation work for the evening service according to the kitchen management's instructions
* Assisting in plating dishes during dinner service
* Supporting apprenticeship training / guiding apprentices on the station
Qualifications
* Warmth & joy in delighting our young and adult guests
* Completed vocational training & / or relevant professional experience
* Good expertise & product knowledge
* Passion for the profession & creativity
* Clean & efficient work ethic
* Team spirit
* Effective communication in German & English; additional languages advantageous
