Expert for CAD/CAx Systems and Business Analysis (m/w/d)
Responsibilities
* Ensure that our CAD/CAx servers run smoothly and efficiently, while also diving into business processes to uncover insights and drive improvements.
* Coordinate with external suppliers for application development and implementation.
* Provide training and support for CAD/CAx users and generate technical documentation and user guides.
* CAD/CAx Server Administration:
o Install, configure, and maintain CAD/CAx servers and related software.
o Monitor server performance and ensure system reliability and availability.
o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CAD/CAx systems.
* Business Analysis:
o Gather and analyze business requirements related to CAD/CAx systems.
o Document business processes and requirements.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement project objectives.
Requirements
* HTL in Information Technology or similar and professional experience in administration of IT systems.
* Strong background in business analysis and proficiency with CAD/CAx software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks).
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and server management.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in German and English.
