For our location in Kroellendorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Flavor Development department as Flavorist (all genders).
YOUR MISSION
* Creation and matching of flavorings, mostly in sweet sector (beverages, dairy)
* Processing of GCMS analytical data
* Optimization of products and recipes in alignment with customer demands and legal requirements
* On request: blending of flavorings
* Execution/participation in tastings to evaluate the quality of products and/or raw materials
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, regulatory, sales).
* Maintain awareness of emerging trends, technologies, and raw materials within the flavor industry.
* Provide technical support to customers and commercial teams
YOUR BACKGROUND
* Sound education as flavorist with minimum 7 years of proven experience in creation of flavorings and their application
* Exceptional sensory skills
* Strong creativity balanced with technical expertise
* Curiosity and market knowledge in respect to industry trends, ingredients and technologies
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
* Hands-on-mentality and proactive team-player
* Excellent command of English, good command of German
