About the Role: If you are looking for a role with variety, this is it. As Category & Channel development Manager your focus is to act as main point of contact concerning Channel & category development. You will support the head of department & also the sales departments regarding the development of the company plan & to implement the Ferrero Category strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
You will

* Analyse the category development & identify opportunities & challenges for the dedicated customer/channel
* Conduct regular business reviews about key clients to evaluate performance and recommend improvements
* Participate in local & cluster-level projects to support growth & innovation
* Define guidelines for the dedicated channels/customer regarding portfolio & visibility & you will ensure the individual customer plan coherence with the guidelines
* Be responsible to develop a category assessment in the customer perspective and
* Your aim will be to understand the key performance drivers at customer / channel level focusing especially on the shopper behavior.

Who we are looking for: You actively drive the business process forward with your ideas & genuine impact.

You should have experience in one of the following fields: trade marketing / Key account management / shopper behaviour understanding / category management processes & practices.

* University degree, ideally with focus on business administration or a related field
* Professional experience of at least 1-3 years
* Solution oriented personality and excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment
* Analytical thinking
* Written & spoken German & English
* Confident user skills in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel & Power Point; Power-PI knowledge is an advantage
* You are characterized by a structured, independent way of working, excellent sense of customer needs, flexibility
