To support their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Product/Project Lead to join their international team.
Responsibilities
* Develop a shared project vision together with customers and identify opportunities to create additional value.
* Act as Product Owner within Scrum teams and actively participate in the delivery process.
* Gather, document, and prioritize requirements through user stories and backlog management.
* Create and maintain project plans using tools such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards.
* Manage project resources, staffing plans, budgets, and timelines.
* Ensure project quality and customer satisfaction.
* Support economic and technological sustainability throughout project delivery.
* Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and project controlling activities.
Essential Skills
* 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager.
* German language proficiency at C2 level and English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
* Experience managing business and financial aspects of projects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong intercultural competence and willingness to travel approximately 15% of working time.
Nice to Have
* Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in Customer Experience, Web, or Mobile projects.
* Previous responsibility for project budgets and commercial performance.
* Practical experience working in Agile environments.
* Basic technical understanding of Customer Experience, Web, and Mobile technologies.
