The Breakdown:
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager drives growth of regional digital marketing channels, traffic, and revenue for the DTC business. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, this role owns key performance goals, budget management, and regional strategies aligned with marketing objectives and the annual GTM plan. The position focuses on agency management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration with digital agencies, brand marketing, DTC, Sales, Finance, and local e-commerce teams.
What You Get to Do:
Develop and execute regional digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, demand, and revenue growth for the DTC business
Own key performance goals, budget allocation, and regional marketing initiatives aligned with the global roadmap and GTM plan
Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring strategic alignment, talent growth, and resource planning
Oversee project management, performance tracking, and continuous optimization while measuring success through KPIs and strategic assessments
Collaborate cross-functionally with digital agencies, brand marketing, DTC, Sales, Finance, and local e-commerce teams
Drive innovation and digital transformation by leveraging data insights, emerging trends, and best practices to create a digital-first, consumer-centric retailer
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
7-10 years of experience at a digital consultancy/agency or within a recognized brand's digital marketing team, with a Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications (Master's preferred)
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop people and coach hybrid teams of internal employees and agency resources
Advanced organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and oversee activities and budgets across multiple countries and languages, efficiently meeting regional objectives
Adept budget manager with ability to maximize performance through a full-funnel marketing approach, adapting easily to change and solving problems creatively across silos
Data-driven decision-maker with full competence in analyzing data and trends, combined with a passion for innovation and modern MarTech solutions
Excellent English speaking and writing skills (additional languages a plus) and awareness of snowboarding/board sports/winter sports markets

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose that the minimum salary is € 2.879,- gross/month based on the collective bargaining agreement. Our actual salaries are market competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration.
