This role is focused on driving revenue growth across wholesale partners, community networks and key referrer channels, while protecting margin and ensuring strong operational discipline.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a proactive, structured BDM who enjoys both relationship building and commercial accountability. Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Drive sales growth across wholesale/reseller accounts
* Build and develop community and referrer networks
* Promote and sell a broad healthcare product portfolio
* Support onboarding and development of new wholesale partners
* Represent the business at conferences and industry events
* Maintain strong gross margin performance
* Work closely with Sales Reps to maximise opportunitiesExecute business and marketing plans
* Ensure company processes and standards are implemented across accounts

Skills Required
* Proven sales experience working with reseller or distributor networks
* Strong margin awareness and negotiation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally within a positive team environment
* Australian citizen or PR, live in Adelaide, full driver's license and able to pass NDIS clearance.
