We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to shape and lead our recruiting strategy. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and manage relationships with external agencies. Fluency in both German and English is required.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for expert and management roles, from sourcing to successful hiring.
Conduct briefings with business functions, consult on job descriptions, and design customized recruiting strategies.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
Manage and coordinate external recruitment agencies to ensure top-quality service and results.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Facilitate regular update meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Managers, continuously refining recruitment strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Very strong experience as a recruiter, ideally in a lead or senior role, with a proven track record of managing the full recruitment process.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
Strong skills in agency management and building effective partnerships.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Hands-on experience with direct search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication abilities in both German and English, written and spoken.
