YOUR CONTRIBUTION
* You are the central point of contact for all customer enquiries at the service desk.
* You receive fault reports and service requests, coordinate them and record them in a structured manner in the system.
* You coordinate enquiries and ensure that all relevant information is received internally.
* You will act as an internal information hub between customer service, service and technical support.
* You will keep track of open tickets and ensure that documentation is kept up to date.
* You will provide administrative and organisational support to the support team in their day-to-day work.
YOUR SKILLSET
* You are highly service-oriented and feel comfortable working in customer service.
* You enjoy telephone and written communication at the front desk.
* You have completed your training, ideally in a field related to office work, IT or organisation.
* IT affinity is welcome, but not a must.
* You work in a structured, solution-oriented and independent manner.
* You are communicative and have very good written and spoken German skills.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 35,000. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
