Responsibilities and Qualifications The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
University degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP, possibly in a matrix environment
Sound knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
Experience working with a Works Council
Fluent German, fluent English
