Your New Adventure
Responsibility for compliance verification (substantiation) in the area of cybersecurity for the control system of ROTAX aircraft engines, based on applicable certification requirements (including CS-E Amendment 8).
Establishment of a traceable and auditable cybersecurity compliance verification process, including QM documentation, policies, guidelines, checklists, as well as review and approval workflows.
Review and assessment of engineering artefacts, such as security concepts, threat & risk analyses, requirements, test evidence, configuration and change baselines, etc.
Definition of compliance strategies and means of compliance for the control system in close coordination with systems, hardware, and software engineering.
Planning, execution, and documentation of RTCA/DO-160 compliance activities (e.g. environmental and EMC tests) in collaboration with internal and external test laboratories.
Support of development teams (systems, software, hardware, test) to ensure the effective implementation of cybersecurity requirements within the regulatory framework.
