In the Customer Life Cycle Management (CLM) department, we provide services around our customers for varied areas of Erste Group. One major part is developing and maintaining our customer-database and its business-APIs, ensuring smooth implementation processes in a challenging environment where our data is building the foundation for several solutions. What to do: Our CLM department is composed of internal and external colleagues both near- and offshore. We are responsible for the development of high-quality customer APIs, analyzing current processes and digitalize them by using our platform environment to service all stakeholders who are involved in our business. As part of our team, you will receive thorough training to fulfill the requested tasks.
