The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Supply Chain & Operations to own and lead end-to-end supply chain, warehouse and logistics operations.
This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for people leadership, systems, inventory integrity and scalable operational performance.
You will manage 13 direct reports across warehouse operations, delivery drivers and customer service, while overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, 3PL relationships and new product onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Inventory Leadership
Own inventory management across 1,000+ SKUs with strong data integrity and system discipline
Lead demand planning, stock accuracy, cycle counts, expiry management and stock investigations
Ensure ERP and inventory are used correctly and consistently
Warehouse & Fulfilment Operations
Oversee all warehouse operations including receipting, storage, pick/pack and dispatch
Own order fulfilment management and tracking, ensuring accuracy, speed and service levels
Maintain SOPs, WHS standards and operational compliance
Logistics, Transport & 3PL Management
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations
Manage and optimise 3PL freight providers and external carriers
Control freight costs while maintaining delivery performance and customer service standards
Oversee internal delivery operations including routing and scheduling
People Leadership
Lead, coach and performance-manage warehouse staff, drivers and customer service teams
Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence
Project Management & Growth Enablement
Lead operational project management for new product lines, including onboarding into the DC, pick logic, storage and outbound distribution
Support business growth, new customer onboarding and national expansion initiatives
Identify and implement process improvements to support scale
Skills, Systems & Experience
Essential
8+ years’ experience in supply chain / operations leadership within FMCG, food & beverage, logistics or distribution
Proven experience managing high SKU volumes (500–1,000+ SKUs)
Strong ERP / inventory system experience (e.g. Unleashed, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Pronto or similar)
Demonstrated experience managing 3PL freight providers and transport operations
Strong commercial and data-driven mindset
Highly Regarded
Experience in multi-brand or multi-channel distribution
Background in scaling operations within a growing business
Advanced reporting, KPI and continuous improvement capability
