Capacity for excellence
* Technical education with solid mechatronic understanding, ideally complemented by a project management qualification; experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
* Strong leadership skills: you inspire, motivate, and lead interdisciplinary, international teams with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
* High initiative, flexibility, proactivity, and assertiveness – you view challenges as opportunities and act responsibly.
* Fluent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written, enabling confident interaction at all levels.
* Structured and systematic working style with the ability to maintain oversight even in stressful situations.
