We are launching a strategic HR transformation: moving core HCM processes to SAP S/4HANA and implementing SAP SuccessFactors for Talent Management modules. We seek a Senior Specialist with expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Talent Modules to support this transformation and help define the future of HR at Umdasch Group.

Your Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the strategic transformation of SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA, aligning with future HR process models.
* Streamline and harmonize HR processes across the global landscape to create an efficient digital HR ecosystem.
* Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules (Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession, Recruiting).
* Perform system configuration and customization based on business needs.
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to gather and validate requirements.
* Translate business strategies into system processes and configurations.
* Support governance, process harmonization, and user enablement initiatives.
* Drive continuous innovation and optimization of SuccessFactors functionalities.
* Contribute to the Solution Architecture for the Talent Suite, ensuring a scalable and integrated system design.
Minimum Requirements:
* 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, focusing on Talent Modules.
* Solid knowledge of Employee Central; project experience is a plus.
* Strong SAP HCM on-premise background (e.g., PA/OM, interfaces); experience with HCM transformations or migrations to SAP S/4HANA is desirable.
* Experience in consulting and/or corporate environments.
* Hands-on data migration experience (e.g., cleansing, transformation, import).
* Ability to own deliverables and drive projects independently.
* Excellent communication skills and collaboration across HR, IT, and leadership.
* Fluent English required; German is a plus.

We offer a market-competitive salary, with a minimum annual gross salary of EUR € 53.898,60, based on qualifications and experience.
