Salary & Bonuses
* Base salary: 1100€ paid over 14 months
(Portugal standard: 12 months + holiday + Christmas)
* Complexity bonus: 75€ per month for 12 months
* Performance bonus: N/A
* Welcome bonus:
o Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 each month)
o Conditional:
+ Must have <6% unjustified absenteeism the previous month
+ Not guaranteed salary (important — HR usually stresses this)
Retention bonus:
* None from December onwards for Search Engine & Website Solutions projects
