Nike Operational Teamleiter (Lead) (w/m/d) – 38.5 (h) – NFS Salzburg
As a Lead, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing store operations. You will coordinate team members, support the management team, ensure Nike standards are met, and act as a Brand Ambassador.
Responsibilities
* Utilize your expertise in exclusive customer service and product knowledge to create a unique Brand Experience for shoppers.
* Coordinate, coach, and motivate team members and provide a great working environment.
* Support the Management Team to achieve sales goals, including digital services, visual merchandising, promotions, and store layout.
* Ensure all Nike standards and guidelines are followed.
* Act as a Brand Ambassador for Nike initiatives.
* Back‑of‑House Position – oversee inventory, receiving, and visual presentation of products.
Commercial
* Support a team from receiving to inventory accuracy and visual presentation.
* Ensure a smooth "Door‑to‑Floor" process so the sales floor is always stocked and branded.
* Collaborate with the Department Leader to coordinate receiving, presentation, and visual merchandising.
* Implement monthly Nike initiatives and provide feedback.
* Use reporting tools with your Coach to make the best commercial decisions.
* Lead by example to achieve accurate inventory numbers and meet digital requirements.
Athlete Experience
* Ensure the team is fully equipped to deliver a high‑quality Athlete (employee) experience.
* Plan team‑engagement activities such as Nike Community Ambassador programs.
* Participate in hiring and onboarding of new staff.
* Create work plans accounting for availability, assignments, and postings.
* Promote and nurture positive Nike culture in the store.
Consumer Experience
* Lead by example to deliver outstanding service on the sales floor.
* Provide resources so the team is knowledgeable about the Nike brand and consumer service.
* Complete required training and share athlete service knowledge.
* Use data and analytics to gain deeper insights and continuously improve with the Store Leadership Team.

What You Bring
* Passion for Nike and/or sport.
* At least 4 years retail experience.
* At least 2 years team‑lead experience.
* Excellent German language skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Organized and prioritization skills.
* Proactive, open, and customer‑first attitude.
* Willingness to work weekends and shifts.
