As a Service Specialist – Data Analysis, you are the central interface in the loading crane service between dealer support and the technical department. You will not only identify key error areas and derive optimization measures, but also drive strategic service projects forward. With your detailed analyses and evaluations, you will create valuable decision-making bases for our service at PALFINGER and thus make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
* Identification of key error areas and potential for improvement through analysis of warranty and service cases
* Creation of meaningful reports and dashboards to display trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
* Interpretation of data to support strategic decisions in the service area
* Evaluation of recurring error sources and sustainable reduction of complaints
* Management and coordination of service projects as well as implementation of new service tools and systems
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
* Technical training in electronics/mechatronics/mechanical engineering/automotive engineering (technical apprenticeship, master craftsman, technical college, etc.)
* Knowledge of large data analysis and project management, as well as experience in using relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP)
* Understanding of technical products (PALFINGER product knowledge desirable) and their error analysis
* Structured working method and hands-on mentality
* Fluency in German and English

We offer an attractive, performance-related salary based on qualifications and professional experience. This salary may be significantly higher than the collective agreement for this position (the collective agreement minimum based on full-time employment is €52,197.04 gross per year).
