Job description:

* Leading and managing
a team of
8 kitchen professionals
, including cooks and dishwashers,
* ensuring smooth daily operations across
breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
,
* active participation in food preparation –
hands-on leadership
, especially during high season,
* designing and implementing
creative, seasonal menus
in line with hotel concept,
* maintaining high standards of
food quality, presentation, and hygiene
,
* coordinating with hotel departments for events, conferences, and seminars,
* overseeing
ordering, stock control, and cost management
to ensure efficiency.

We require:

* proven experience as a
Head Chef or Sous Chef
in a quality hotel environment,
* excellent
leadership and organizational skills
, engagement and loyalty
* strong knowledge of
modern European cuisine
and menu planning,
* ability to train, inspire, and develop the kitchen team,
* good
communication skills
in English or German,
* proactive, creative, and quality-driven mindset,
* flexibility to handle increased workload during the
high season
.

starting from €4.000 gross per month (negotiable depending on experience),
