Serve as primary point of contact between the business and IT for MM related processes
Support the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of SAP MM functionalities
Provide first level support for SAP MM users, resolving issues and manage escalations
Conduct user training sessions and create user Manuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration of MM with other SAP modules
Perform data validation, analysis and cleanup to ensure accuracy of procurement master data
Participate in testing activities, including integration testing and UAT during SAP system updates or project rollouts
Vocational training in a commercial, technical, or IT-related field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (e.g., in business informatics, production
engineering, or industrial engineering)
Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module and Ariba) and knowledge of SAP integration points between modules
Experience in process documentation, user training, and change Management
SAP training or certification
Familiarity with master data management
Strong problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in English; German language skills are beneficial
